HPS
The fans of the HPS series are centrifugal fans with backward curved blades with a logarithmic spiral tracing, specifically designed to convey flows of clean air relatively small but with very high pressure, the fans of the HPS series are mainly used as combustion air fans, for pneumatic transport, air curtains, liquid agitators and cooling or glass tempering. This series of fans is brought solely with a fully welded construction and with strong plate thickness to achieve levels of residual vibration and noise levels significantly lower than other series of similar performance, the noise level in particular is one of the flagships of HPS fans that, because of the robust construction and tracking of logarithmic blades, is the highest level since such sound emissions. The fans of the HPS series includes 66 standard sizes with impeller diameter from 450 to 1100 mm, are available, on request, even larger sizes to be sized specifically. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced with electronic equipment in compliance with ISO N.1940 Class G = 2.5.
HPR
The fans of the HPR series are centrifugal fans with backward flat blades that use the same screw the HPS series, specifically designed for channeling flow of dusty air relatively small but with very high pressure, the fans of the HPR series are mainly used in dryers, ovens in industrial and in refinery. This series of fans is brought solely with a fully welded construction and with strong plate thickness to achieve levels of residual vibrations and noise levels significantly lower than other series of similar performance, the noise level in particular is one of the flagships of HPR fans that, because of the robust construction, is the highest level since such sound emissions. The number of HPR fans includes 16 standard sizes with a diameter rotors from 450 to 900 mm are available, on request, even larger sizes to be sized specifically.
All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced with electronic equipment in compliance with ISO N.1940 Class G = 2.5.
HPX
The fans of the HPX series are centrifugal fans with open backward flat blades (without shank) that use the same screw HPS Series, specifically designed to convey flows of very dusty air with reduced or relatively long fibers but with very high pressure, the fans of HPX series are mainly used as dust extractors and / or long fibers. This series of fans is brought solely with a fully welded construction and with strong plate thickness to achieve levels of residual vibrations and noise levels significantly lower than other series of similar performance, the noise level in particular is one of the flagships of the HPX fans that, because of the robust construction, is the highest level since such sound emissions.
The HPX series of fans includes 8 standard sizes with impeller diameter from 500 to 900 mm are available, on request, even larger sizes to be sized specifically.
