Our production, beside the normal Mild Steel/Corten construction offers a wide series of custom-oriented manufacturing as :
· Impeller and casing ebonized
· Stainless steel construction AISI 304, 316, 321, Duplex steel and corrosion resistant steels.
· Fans suitable for temperature range from –40 ° to 800 °C.
· Fans completely made in antiwear material.
The high performance fans involve clear procedures throughout all the stages of design, manufacturing and testing.
Regarding fan materials, particularly for the impellers, ACOVENT utilizes high-yield materials. Impeller and casing calculations are performed on stress analysis for proper sizing.
